On October 28th, the seminar on promoting green and low-carbon development in agriculture and high-quality development of rural biogas through learning, promoting and implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held in Anju District, Suining City. We jointly discussed the green and low-carbon development of agriculture and implemented the decision and deployment of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to promote ecological priority, conservation and intensification, and green and low-carbon development through practical actions. Zeng Yande, Chief Agronomist of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and Director of the Development Planning Department, delivered a video speech. Li Jiang, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, Wang Dengshan, Director of the Biogas Science Research Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and Jing Lin, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Temporary Party Committee Secretary of the Suitong Fujiang Innovation Industrial Park, attended the event. At the event, leaders and guests such as Li Jiang, Wang Dengshan, and Jing Lin jointly pressed the button to launch the preparation of China's first national standard for carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, the "Rural Biogas Project". Jinglin has been awarded the licenses by the Working Committee of the Communist Party of China's Hailong Kaige Cultural Tourism Industrial Park in Anju District, Suining City, and the Management Committee of the Hailong Kaige Cultural Tourism Industrial Park in Anju District, Suining City.

Zeng Yande gave a video speech and warmly congratulated the successful convening of the conference. He pointed out that an important feature of Chinese path to modernization is to realize the harmonious coexistence of man and nature. Promoting the green development of agriculture is an inevitable requirement of Chinese path to modernization, as well as a profound revolution in the concept of agricultural development.
