To further promote the development of the cultural and performing arts industry of Sichuan Kaige Agricultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd. and strengthen the construction of professional talent teams. According to work needs, we are publicly recruiting cast members from all over the society. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows.
1、 Number of candidates, process, scope, and conditions for admission
（1） Number of candidates
This admission will be based on a 3:1 registration ratio, with an initial enrollment of 30 people (those with vocal, dance, and other specialties will be given priority), including 15 male actors and 15 female actors.
After the probation period, 10 qualified candidates will be officially hired (those with vocal, dance, and other specialties will be given priority), including 5 male actors and 5 female actors.
（2） Exam process
According to the principles of "openness, equality, competition, and merit selection", and adhering to the employment standard of combining morality and talent, recruitment will be conducted through online and offline registration, initial review, on-site review, and professional assessment. After passing the initial review, assessment, political review, physical examination, and other procedures, recruitment will be carried out.
All newly recruited personnel are required to intern at the company for 3 months (enjoying internship salary benefits). After completing the internship for 3 months, they will pass the probationary period assessment and sign an employment contract.
（3） Recruitment scope
1. Graduated from a professional art college with a college degree or above;
2. Passionate about stage performance art, possessing solid basic skills and excellent performance ability;
3. Male dancers with a height of over 170cm and female dancers with a height of over 160cm are generally required to be under the age of 28 (if their professional abilities are outstanding, their talents have characteristics, and they have a professional dance foundation, there are no restrictions on dance genres. Those with stage performance experience and management foundation are eligible to apply, with priority given to admission. The age for exceptionally outstanding candidates can be relaxed to below 35 years old).

2. Online qualification review: Applicants should send their original ID card, original and photocopy of their graduation certificate to the designated email address. When obtaining the admission ticket, they need to bring the application form, as well as one original and photocopy of their ID card, graduation certificate, degree certificate, and academic verification form, to the office of Sichuan Kaige Agricultural and Tourism Development Co., Ltd. (Building 1, Yidong Garden, Xing'an East Road, Anju District, Suining City, Sichuan Province) for re examination;
3. On site registration method and review: Personnel who register on site need to bring the original and photocopy of the registration form, their ID card, graduation certificate, degree certificate, and academic verification form to the office of Sichuan Kaige Agricultural and Tourism Development Co., Ltd. (Building 1, Yidong Garden, Xing'an East Road, Anju District, Suining City, Sichuan Province) for registration and qualification review;
4. The materials provided by applicants must be true and valid. Any fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from application. Qualification review runs through the entire recruitment process. Those who do not meet the qualification requirements at any stage will have their application qualification revoked at any time;
5. Applicants are not charged any fees for registration.

4、 On site qualification review and professional examination requirements
1. Review experts: Provincial professional dance teachers and relevant unit leaders;
2. Exam sequence: Candidates draw lots on site to determine the exam sequence;
3. Review content: height, temperament and image, basic image;
4. Professional skill assessment:
Exam time: December 21, 2023 Concentrated assessment
Exam standards:
① Basic skills, combining upper and lower parts (comes with corresponding training clothes and shoes);
② Personal technical skills demonstration (within 1 minute and 30 seconds);
③ Personal dance performance display within 3 minutes (self provided clothing, music, format: MP3, WAV);
④ Music improvisation performance;
⑤ Personal display of other talents.
5. The maximum score for this exam is 100 points; The basic skill score is 25 points; Personal technical skills score 25 points; Personal performance scores 25 points; Music improvisation scores 10 points; 10 points for showcasing other personal talents; The image and temperament are divided into 5 points. Those who do not score 70 will not be admitted.
6. The handling of tied total scores. After the exam, if a candidate's score shows a tie for first place, both candidates will be hired simultaneously and the second place will no longer be hired; If two candidates come in second place at the same time, the examiner will determine their ranking based on their basic dance and vocal skills, hire one of them, and so on.
7. Physical examination, inspection, and public announcement. The candidates for physical examination and examination are determined in a 1:1 ratio based on the total score, from high to low. The medical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the General Standards for Medical Examination in Public Institutions, and the medical examination fees shall be borne by oneself. Vacant positions in the physical examination process will be filled in order of total exam scores from high to low. Personnel who pass the physical examination and inspection will be publicly announced for a period of 3 working days. If there are any objections to the announcement, the employment procedures will be temporarily suspended.

5、 Salary and benefits
1. The probationary period is 3 months, and you will be entitled to salary benefits during the probationary period. Those who pass the probationary period assessment shall sign a "Labor Contract" in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and rules. The contract shall be signed once a year and managed according to localization. They shall sign a labor contract with Sichuan Kaige Agricultural and Tourism Development Co., Ltd. If they fail the probationary period assessment, their employment qualification shall be cancelled.
During the contract period, any personnel who violate relevant national laws and regulations, as well as various rules and regulations of the unit, and are unable to perform their duties, the unit has the right to terminate the labor contract. Upon the expiration of the contract, the decision on whether to renew the contract shall be based on the abilities, actual performance, and personal willingness of the hired personnel.
